1. Scope / Geltungsbereich

These Terms of Service govern your use of GoJobGo, operated by Elvian GmbH. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung von GoJobGo, betrieben von Elvian GmbH. Mit dem Zugriff auf unseren Dienst erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden.

2. Service Description

GoJobGo provides a job application platform that helps users:

  • Search and discover job opportunities
  • Generate personalized application materials
  • Track application status and history
  • Generate RAV-compliant documentation

3. Registration

To use GoJobGo, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Free trial: 7-day free trial for new users
  • Billing: Monthly via Stripe
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access until period ends
  • Refunds: No partial month refunds

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in your profile
  • Use the service only for legitimate job searching
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

GoJobGo and its content are owned by Elvian GmbH. Content you create (CVs, applications) remains your property. You grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoJobGo is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee job offers, accuracy of AI content, or uninterrupted service. Elvian GmbH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canton Schwyz, Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
